King’s Preparatory Academy, founded in 1953, is an independent coeducational school providing a full range of opportunities for
students from kindergarten through grade 12. Our boarding program admits students in grades nine through 12.
The school has two campuses on the island of Kapuhai Reef. The Lower and Middle Schools are located on nine acres in the heart of Nohealani’s
rolling highlands, while the Upper School and is located just two miles away on a 200-acre campus at the foot of the Lahaina Mountains.
Successful KPA students are motivated, have a desire to participate in the wealth of opportunities that our campus and island can offer, and
appreciate the people and culture of Hawai'i. Our hope is that the wisdom they gain from their knowledge and experiences while at KPA will provide a
solid foundation for becoming positive contributors in our global society.
